What is a Content Management System?
A content management system is a system built to allow you to manage your website, including all the pages, photos, buttons, contact information, photo galleries, products.
Our CMS is built to be used through your web browser. No additional software is needed to edit your website. Simply login at the top of your site with your Email address and your password, and you can edit your website from any computer on the internet, any time of the day, without being charged from your web developer for each and every change you make, like a lot of graphic designers and web designers out there.
Skiion will custom design a professional website design to suit your business, logo, and color preferences. Once you sign off on the website design, we will create a website template that gives your website its main structure, leaving placeholders for all of the information that the CMS allows you to control.
Full control over your website
The core part of your website is your menu, which is a series of links to the pages in your website. To build your menu, you simply add pages to your website. Give them a name, a priority number to sort the pages into the right order, and content that shows on the page when you click the page link in the menu. As you add pages, the links automatically show up in the website design and link to the content you have created.
Adding text to your website is extremely simple, but what if you want a photo gallery to show your latest event? Just click on the Photo Gallery Module. Add a new gallery for "Christmas Party", select the photos from your computer and click upload. Once the photos have uploaded, select the page you want the photo gallery on, and you have created a photo gallery, with pages of thumbnails, each one enlarging to a full size photo, with no programming, in only a few minutes.

Creating a photo gallery in html, resizing photos to create full size photos and thumbnails, and coding all the links would take even an experience programmer several hours, but with our CMS module, it can be done in minutes.
